张家港永恒码头前沿水域疏浚工程
变更施工船舶的航行通告
各有关单位、船舶：
张家港海事局2022年12月2日发布的《张家港永恒码头前沿水域疏浚施工航行通告》（张航通〔2022〕0064号）变更施工船舶，现将有关事项通告如下：
一、作业时间
2022年12月8日至12月26日，每日0730时至1730时。
二、作业水域
大新专用航道#4浮南侧，具体为以下水域：
（一）张家港永恒码头#1、2、4泊位前沿40米宽水域范围内；
（二）渡泾港内港池泊位前沿50米宽水域范围内。
三、作业船舶
（一）增加施工船舶：苏盐城货092660；
（二）去除施工船舶：盐工泥938；
（三）原施工船舶“皖宣城工66”“苏镇江泥0001”保持不变。
四、作业内容
工程采用抓斗式挖泥船和运泥船装舱的方式，在施工水域内进行疏浚作业。
五、注意事项
（一）建设单位应督促施工单位严格按照施工通航安全保障方案进行作业，落实各项安全保障和防污染措施。
（二）施工船舶应严格遵守《中华人民共和国内河避碰规则》《长江江苏段船舶定线制规定（2021年）》和其他相关的法律规定，在核定范围内作业，按规定显示信号，加强值班和警戒，开启AIS，保持甚高频值守，主动发布信息，加强了望，谨慎驾驶，与过往船舶统一会让意图。
（三）建设、施工单位应加强协调，妥善处理施工作业与码头生产之间的关系。
（四）如遇大风、能见度不良等情况，船舶应停止作业，及早选择安全水域停泊，落实各项安全和应急处置措施。
（五）过往船舶通过施工水域附近时，应加强了望、谨慎驾驶，提前联系统一会让意图，保持安全距离缓速通过。
作业结束后，不再另行通告。
