长江通洲沙西水道部分区域水下地形测量航行通告
各有关单位、船舶：
张家港市长江治理工程管理处将对长江通洲沙西水道四干河口至五干河口、七干河口至福山塘之间区域开展水下地形测量，现将有关事项通告如下：
一、作业时间
2025年12月15日至12月31日，每日0900时至1600时。
二、作业水域
（一）长江通洲沙西水道四干河口至五干河口之间水域，具体为以下四点连线围成的水域：
A:31°58′49.0″N，120°45′15.6″E；
B:31°59′23.1″N，120°45′56.6″E；
C:31°58′00.0″N，120°46′52.1″E；
D:31°57′38.3″N，120°46′21.3″E。
（二）长江通洲沙西水道七干河口至福山塘之间水域，具体为以下四点连线围成的水域：
E:31°50′47.2″N，120°50′00.5″E；
F:31°51′07.7″N，120°51′00.6″E；
G:31°49′26.3″N，120°51′49.5″E；
H:31°49′06.5″N，120°50′42.4″E。
三、作业船舶
水文1001。
四、作业内容
测量船以顺水流方向在作业水域内来回施测。
五、注意事项
（一）施工单位应严格按照施工通航安全保障方案进行作业，落实各项安全保障和防污染措施。
（二）施工船舶应严格遵守《中华人民共和国内河避碰规则》和《长江江苏段船舶定线制规定（2021年）》及其他相关的法律规定，在核定范围内作业，按规定显示信号，加强值班和警戒，开启AIS，保持甚高频值守，主动发布信息，加强了望，谨慎驾驶，与过往船舶统一会让意图。
（三）如遇大风、能见度不良等情况，船舶应停止作业，及早选择安全水域停泊，落实各项安全和应急处置措施。
（四）过往船舶通过施工水域时，应加强了望、谨慎驾驶，提前联系统一会让意图，保持安全距离缓速通过。
（五）航经作业水域的船舶可通过VHF06频道与作业船舶联系，也可通过VHF10频道或电话（0512-58330432）与张家港海事局水上交通管理中心联系。
作业结束后，不再另行通告。
