长江张家港段福姜沙南北侧附近水域
水下地形测量航行通告
各有关单位、船舶：
张家港市长江治理工程管理处将开展长江张家港段福姜沙南北侧附近水域水下地形测量，现将有关事项通告如下：
一、作业时间
2025年3月17日至2025年4月9日（节假日及周末不进行测量作业），每天0900时至1600时。
二、作业船舶
水文1001。
三、作业水域
（一）长江张家港段福姜沙北侧附近水域，由下列四个点围成的水域范围内：
A.31°59′53.2″N，120°23′35.6″E；
B.32°00′09.8″N，120°23′22.4″E；
C.32°01′50.0″N，120°26′06.8″E；
D.32°01′27.5″N，120°26′26.0″E。
（二）长江张家港段福姜沙南侧南汊附近水域，由下列九个点围成的水域至码头外侧50米范围内：
E:32°01′20.6″N，120°27′36.6″E；
F:32°01′58.6″N，120°27′22.5″E；
G:32°01′38.5″N，120°26′37.4″E；
H:32°00′44.0″N，120°26′36.4″E；
I:31°59′56.4″N，120°26′59.6″E；
J:31°59′14.9″N，120°26′53.1″E；
K:31°58′29.0″N，120°25′28.6″E；
L:31°58′69.2″N，120°22′57.5″E；
M:31°58′02.1″N，120°22′59.6″E。
四、作业内容
（一）双山岛北侧，丁坝下游区域由测量船沿岸顺航道来回施测，测量宽度为长江江堤坡脚向江中延伸600米；丁坝及上游区域由无人船垂直岸坡顶测量，不穿越航道。
（二）双山岛南侧，由测量船沿南岸顺航道来回施测，测量宽度为长江江堤坡脚向江中延伸400米。
五、注意事项
（一）施工单位应严格按照施工通航安全保障方案进行作业，落实各项安全保障和防污染措施。
（二）作业船舶应严格遵守《中华人民共和国内河避碰规则》《长江江苏段船舶定线制规定（2021年）》和其他相关法规规范要求，在核定范围内作业，按规定显示信号，加强值班和警戒，开启AIS，保持甚高频值守，主动发布信息，加强了望，谨慎驾驶，与过往船舶统一会让意图。
（三）施工单位应加强与沿岸码头之间的协调沟通，妥善处理测量作业与码头生产之间的关系。
（四）如遇大风、能见度不良等情况，船舶应停止作业，及早选择安全水域停泊，落实各项安全和应急处置措施。
（五）过往船舶通过作业水域时，应加强了望、谨慎驾驶，提前联系统一会让意图，保持安全距离缓速通过。
（六）航经作业水域的船舶可通过VHF06频道与作业船舶联系，也可通过VHF10频道或电话（0512-58330432）与张家港海事局水上交通管理中心联系。
作业结束后，不再另行通告。
