试航船舶“韩通299”轮航行通告
各有关单位、船舶：
江苏新韩通船舶重工有限公司新造的“韩通299”轮拟定于2025年5月16日0800时从张家港久盛船业有限公司码头离泊出江，到长江口以东海域进行试航作业。现将有关事项通告如下：
一、船舶概况
“韩通299”轮，散货轮，IMO号：1026570，MMSI码：412180000，总长229.0米，型宽32.26米，型深20.35米，吃水7.9米，总吨44771，净吨27169，载重吨82000，主机功率7490.00KW，水面以上最大高度42.756米；试航随船人数：90人。
二、航经水域和时间
（一）2025年5月16日
0800时 从张家港久盛船业有限公司码头启航；
0820时 过长江#59浮下行；
1020时 过沪苏通大桥；
1230时 过苏通大桥;
1400时 到达太仓海轮锚地抛锚过夜。
（二）2025年5月17日
0630时 从太仓海轮锚地起锚；
0700时 过长江#1浮；
0720时 过宝山灯船；
0900时 过吴淞口；
1000时 过圆圆沙灯船；
1200时 过九段灯船；
1430时 过南槽灯船。
（三）2025年5月22日
1530时 靠泊南通通州湾景通码头。
三、注意事项
（一）试航船舶应严格遵守《中华人民共和国内河避碰规则》《长江江苏段船舶定线制规定（2021年）》和其他相关的法规规范要求，在核定范围内作业，按规定显示信号，加强值班和警戒，开启AIS，保持甚高频值守，主动发布信息，加强了望，谨慎驾驶，与过往船舶统一会让意图。
（二）试航船舶航经桥区、VTS报告线和交通管制区等水域，应按规定向海事管理机构报告。
（三）试航船舶在长江江苏段航行期间不得进行效用试验和任何有碍航行安全的设备调试；试航船舶抵达效用试验水域和开始效用试验时，应按规定向具有管辖权的海事管理机构报告。
（四）试航船舶应在VHF规定频道加强值守，与过往船舶保持联系；过往船舶应密切关注试航船舶动态，与试航船舶保持安全间距，加强了望，谨慎驾驶，注意避让。
（五）试航船舶如遇大风、能见度不良等情况应停止试航，并尽快转移至安全水域停泊。
试航作业结束后，不再另行通告。
